How a request works
Select equipment, review quantities and provide your full name, email and phone number. Send request saves a non-binding enquiry with a reference. It does not take payment, reserve stock, send an email or form a purchase contract. A sale requires a separate written quote and our confirmation of its acceptance. You can ask to correct or cancel an enquiry using our contact details.
Prices and currencies
Displayed retail prices include VAT on the catalogue basis recorded on 5 November 2026. RON is the base currency. EUR amounts are indicative conversions at 1 EUR = 5.3385 RON, using the ECB reference rate of 5 November 2026; they are not a guaranteed settlement exchange rate. Catalogue prices are snapshots, not a live supplier feed. The written quote confirms the exact price, applicable VAT treatment, currency and any charges before you accept.
Availability, delivery and payment
Availability, lead time, delivery destinations, freight, payment method and total payable are confirmed in writing before a sale is accepted. We do not promise stock levels or a delivery date through this catalogue. Where EU consumer delivery rules apply, their statutory requirements remain in force. Do not send payment until you receive and verify the agreed invoice details.
Equipment information
Model numbers and listed technical facts identify the selected supplier configuration. Product photographs are illustrative and may show accessories not included. Check the agreed configuration, compatibility, licences and included accessories in the quote. Third-party brands remain the property of their owners; inclusion does not imply that FRATILA is an authorised manufacturer partner.
Consumer withdrawal
If you are a consumer and a distance sale is concluded, you generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us of withdrawal, subject only to applicable statutory exceptions. Contact us with your name, contact details, order reference, goods and a clear withdrawal statement. Return the goods within the applicable 14-day return period. We provide the return address and instructions. Direct return costs are borne by the consumer only where properly disclosed before purchase.
Refunds
For a valid consumer withdrawal we refund payments, including standard outbound delivery where required, within the statutory 14-day period after notification. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods or evidence of return is received where the law permits. We use the same payment method unless another is expressly agreed without additional cost. Any permitted deduction for diminished value must follow consumer law.
Conformity and warranty
Consumers retain the statutory legal guarantee of conformity, generally two years for new goods, and the remedies required by Romanian and EU law. A manufacturer warranty is additional and does not replace these rights. Report a fault with the model and order reference to our contact address. Business warranty and return arrangements are specified in the written offer, without restricting mandatory law.
Wholesale purchases
The wholesale page invites resellers, integrators and business procurement teams to request project or volume quotations. It does not guarantee a wholesale discount, credit limit or partnership status. Quantity, pricing, VAT treatment, delivery and business terms are agreed separately in writing.
Privacy and acceptable use
Provide accurate contact details and submit only genuine enquiries. Do not misuse the forms or attempt to access private records. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. The site content and original design may not be reused beyond the rights permitted by law.
Applicable law and complaints
Romanian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence where applicable. Contact us first to seek a resolution. Consumers may contact ANPC at anpc.ro or the applicable alternative dispute resolution body. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer remedies or the jurisdiction rights available to consumers.
