Last updated: 5 November 2026Who is responsible
FRATILA COMPANY SRL, CUI 52989976, Trade Register J2025091753008, registered at Strada Răchitei 17, Camera 1, Ianculești, Comuna Stoenești, Giurgiu, Romania, is the controller. Contact fratila.company@inbox.eu or +40 729 244 075 about your personal data.
What we collect
When you send an equipment request, a wholesale enquiry or a contact message, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, any message you provide, the selected equipment and quantities, the quoted catalogue total, a request reference and the submission time. We do not collect payment card details or create customer accounts.
Why we use your information
We use these details to handle your enquiry and prepare a possible sale at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Limited, temporary technical measures to prevent misuse are based on our legitimate interest in running a reliable service, under Article 6(1)(f). We do not use request details for marketing, profiling or automated decisions.
Where data goes
Submissions are saved to a private database on the server running the store. They are not sent by email or transferred to the equipment supplier when you submit the form. Only people with authorised server access should access the database. The web server also records technical access and error logs to operate the website. Contacting us through an email or telephone link uses your chosen service provider.
How long we keep it
Unconverted enquiries are kept for up to 90 days. Older submissions are removed when the store starts or receives a new request. Records that later become part of an accepted sale must be managed separately for the applicable contractual, accounting and legal retention periods.
Your browser
The browser stores your request basket for up to 30 days so you can continue selecting equipment. With your permission, it also remembers currency and motion preferences. The storage preference itself is kept to honour your choice. No analytics or advertising tools are included. See the Cookies Policy for names and controls.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw any optional preference consent at any time. Contact us using the email above. We normally respond within one month; extensions permitted by GDPR will be explained. You may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, at www.dataprotection.ro, or your local data protection authority.
Security and changes
The store validates submissions and keeps the request database outside its public files. Device access and backups must also be protected by the operator. We may update this notice when the service changes. Last updated: 5 November 2026.
